Reiki / Energy Healing_____ $65 for 1-hour session
Reiki and energy healing techniques tap into the life force energy. Literally a "laying on of hands", energy healing treatments can rebalance and refresh the physical, emotional and spiritual nature. These sessions assist you to reconnect with your personal life force, remove blockages and re-invigorate the energy flow through your body. All practioners are certified.
Reiki Class Instruction__________Fee $185 - $375 (includes class manual)
Certification of all three levels of Usui Reiki is offered. See Reiki Course Schedule for more details. Students should discuss their experience with the instructor before the session to maximize their lesson.
Meditation Program
Christian Meditation Sessions (Offered on the 3rd Friday of the month)
Come find solace from the frenetic pace of life with a western adaption of an age-old eastern tradition. Through inspirational conversation and instruction, this guided meditation tour twines spiritual themes for a calming and relaxing journey. Sessions are lead by Minister Esther Holimon. Donations accepted.
Vipassana - Insight Meditation (or Mindfulness) (Presently not scheduled)
The Buddha spoke often of the value of meditation as the primary tool to enlighten the mind and he identified Vipassana [“Mindfulness” or “Insight”] as the form of meditation he relied on in his practice. Our class follows the detailed accounts he gave in several talks which have come to form the core of traditional Buddhist meditation. Donations accepted..
