Reiki and Reconnective Energy Healing

$80 for 1 hour, $115 for 1-1/2 hour session

Reiki and energy healing techniques tap into the life force energy. Literally a "laying on of hands", energy healing treatments can rebalance and refresh the physical, emotional and spiritual nature. These sessions assist you to reconnect withyour personal life forc, remove blockages and re-invigorate the energy flow through your body.

Reiki Classes

Fee $185 - $375 (includes class manual)

Certification of all three levels of Usui Reiki is offered. See Course Schedule for more details. Students should discuss their experience with the instructor before the session to maximize their lesson.

Reflexology

$45 for 1/2 hour, $90 for 1 hour session

Reflexology is a theapeutic massage and healing technique that applies presure to reference points on the feet (and hands) to rebalance the function of the internal organs of your body. Reflexology relaxes stress, stimulates circulation, and detoxifies.

Thai Yoga Massage

$90 for 1 hour, $120 for 1-1/2 hour session

This holistic therapy balances the body and mind. Rooted in Ayurvedic medicine, Thai Yoga Massage manipulates the body through assisted stretching, acupressure, stimulation, and massage.
